First stop on the Canada Hockey trip agenda was Toronto. This was an obvious first choice for a couple of reasons. First, the Hockey Hall of Fame is in Toronto and I have always wanted to go there.

Second, it was drivable from my sister’s house in Erie, PA – only 3 1/2 hours each way. Since my wife is not a winter person (or a hockey fan) although her relatives are French Canadian (go figure) I went with my sister and her husband, even though he is a Penguins’ fan.

The Air Canada Centre is a great place to watch a hockey game.

We had great seats, 3rd row from the top near the blue line.
